Urgent Alert: Beware of Fraudulent Messages
SMS messages attributed to OMT LEBANON are currently circulating. They inform citizens of a speed violation and ask them to pay a sum of money and access a link bearing OMT's name.
OMT confirms that these messages and the link are fake and misleading. They were not issued by OMT, bear no relation to the company whatsoever, and are being used for fraudulent purposes.
OMT warns citizens against these messages and asks them not to tap the link, not to forward the messages, and not to share any information or financial data. Citizens should always verify through OMT's official channels.
