The Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon and OMT join forces in a cooperation agreement

The Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon (OPL), represented by its President, Dr. Joe Salloum, and OMT, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Naji Abou Zeid, have signed a cooperation agreement that enables pharmacists to conveniently settle their membership and retirement fees to the Order through OMT’s extensive network of more than 1,400 locations across Lebanon.

Dr. Salloum praised OMT’s leading role in the financial sector, emphasizing its commitment to transparency and adherence to international laws and standards. He underscored the importance of such collaborations in supporting the healthcare sector and OPL’s ongoing commitment to serving pharmacists and patients.

Mr. Abou Zeid acknowledged the vital role pharmacists play in Lebanon, particularly their resilience in overcoming challenges and dedication to serving the community. He welcomed pharmacists to OMT’s widespread network and encouraged them, as well as other business owners, to download the OMT Pay application and apply for the OMT Pay Business Wallet. He highlighted the advanced electronic wallet’s higher balance limit and simplified payment processes, making it an ideal tool for businesses to receive payments.

Mr. Abou Zeid concluded by expressing his gratitude to Dr. Joe Salloum and the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon for their trust in OMT.

To settle the fees due, pharmacists should visit their nearest OMT location and provide their OPL membership number to the Agent.
