1- The company has been facing a technical issue since the morning of Friday 5/3/2021, which led to the disruption of its services across its entire network.
2- The technical team is working tirelessly to restart operations normally so that customers can process all their transactions.
3- As a first step, the technical team reactivated Western Union service at OMT Tayouneh, ABC Dbayeh, and Saida standalones. OMT reaffirms the availability of US dollar banknotes to settle inbound transfers.
4- The company reaffirms that its Agent network will resume providing services and settling money transfers as soon as the issue is resolved.
5- OMT will release a statement once its services are reinstated across its network.
