Ghobeiry Municipality 2020 Fees Schedules
Ghobeiry Municipality announced the release of the 2020 fees collection schedules starting 12/3/2020.
Accordingly, taxpayers can choose to settle their dues at any OMT location, by providing the Agent with their subscription number and full name, or they can provide him with the Real Estate Zone, Real Estate Number and Section mentioned on the Title of Deed or Real Estate Certificate.
Taxpayers can settle their municipality dues within 2 months without incurring delay fines. However, pursuant to article 109 of Law 60/88, every month of delay is subject to a 2% delay fine.
